Your order is thoroughly inspected and verified twice by two separate parties prior to delivery. Once by the manufacturing department and second by the packaging and shipping department. All team sets (jersey & Shorts) will be packaged together and ready to wear. Your order is always checked to be clean of any stains, loose thread etc.
We offer FREE shipping for all promotional team set orders of 12 pieces or more, and very affordable daily flat rate shipping via Canada Post Xpresspost and United States Postal service.

All custom team apparel is guaranteed to have superior workmanship and be free from material defects. Defected items that have been deemed to have faulty workmanship will be replaced immediately at no cost to customer. Dye lots of fabric may vary for subsequent fill orders due to different manufacturing time periods. If defects become visible soon after the uniform has been used, the company reserves the right to determine if the defects were caused by abusive use or in the process of manufacturing.
Sultan Athletic will not be held responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen shipments once they have left our facility. We guarantee our products against material defects and workmanship.

There is a 6 Piece minimum on all custom orders and a 2 piece minimum for fill ins. Standard delivery time from Deposit receipt is 3-4 weeks and rush orders may be available in as little as 1 to 2 weeks. Mock-ups, samples and fabric swatches are available upon request.
For your convenience, we accept Visa, Master Card and AMEX through our secure online system. When placing an order online, a real-time ordering system will authorize your card instantly. This method of payment will ensure a timely production of your custom product.. Personal or company cheques must be cleared by the bank before your order is processed. Sales Tax is only charged to CANADIAN RESIDENTS. We require a 50% deposit and the remaining 50% prior to delivery on all customer orders.
Sultan Athletic is a custom based company. Orders CANNOT be cancelled or changed after deposit has been accepted and submitted to production. In order to ensure that your order is processed and exceeds your expectations, you will be asked to approve the order prior to submission to the manufacturing department. You will be asked to ensure all details; sizing (see sizing chart), description, cresting and fabrics are correct
WE DO NOT ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS ON ORDERS once they have been placed and payment has been processed.

- Use only mild soap or detergent. DO NOT USE BLEACH OF ANY KIND.
LAY FLAT TO DRY IMMEDIATELY AFTER WASHING. DO NOT MACHINE DRY!
